About the Author:

Mike Murphy is a graduate of the University of Southern California who spent decades in communications. His experience stretches across various disciplines of television, radio and print journalism as well as public and corporate public relations and marketing. He has also spent more than a quarter century as a professional firefighter/public fire and life safety educator/public information officer and volleyball coach. 


About the Illustrator:

Miah is a multifaceted artist and marketing strategist with a passion for bringing stories to life through visual design. She received a BA in Visual and Media Arts with a double minor in Business Administration and Art History at the University of Richmond. Her specialties include illustration, design, photography, and videography. She brings an artistic eye to all her projects, from children's book illustrations and brand design to hundreds of hours of commissioned artwork.
